The TIUE dormitory project was implemented as a new capital construction project, focused on creating a comfortable and functional environment for students and university staff.

The complex includes modern spaces for study and recreation. Students have a coworking area and a common space, sheltered from direct sunlight, where they can hold events and work in groups.

Particular attention has been paid to the library and recreational areas: each floor has soft seating areas for relaxation and reading. The second floor is dedicated to administrative offices and a conference hall, allowing for high-level meetings and events.
