The Regnum Plaza residential complex is one of the projects our team is working on in Tashkent together with developer Murad Buildings.

This modern 16-story residential complex has become an example of the comprehensive adaptation of foreign design documentation to local building codes, engineering requirements, and implementation conditions in Uzbekistan.

For the Regnum Plaza residential complex, our team adapted design and estimate documentation developed by the Belarusian design company En-Eca, including architectural, structural, and engineering solutions, and also provides construction supervision during the construction phase.
