The CONCORD Business Center project was conceived as a comprehensive renovation of the building with an emphasis on energy efficiency and contemporary design.

Solar protection panels were designed on the façade, reducing energy consumption and helping to cut cooling costs. This solution became an important element of sustainable architecture, emphasizing the rational use of resources.

Particular attention was paid to the roof: a covered terrace was created, providing additional space for relaxation and business meetings.

The interiors are designed in a contemporary style, with an emphasis on the comfort and functionality of the common areas.

Landscaping included the creation of a parking entrance, thoughtful night lighting, and landscaping, creating a complete architectural image and ensuring convenience for visitors and employees.
