In implementing the project, we are collaborating with specialists from Patriarche, a leading French architectural firm known for its participation in the reconstruction of Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral after the fire. Collaborative work on the Chimgan project has been ongoing for two years and is distinguished by exceptional engineering and technological complexity.

Construction in mountainous conditions requires special solutions and high precision. Work is only possible in favorable weather, making the process longer and requiring careful coordination among all participants.

The project is strategically important: its beneficiaries will be residents of the entire republic. The facility is being created as an architectural achievement and an infrastructural resource capable of transforming quality of life and opening up new opportunities for the region.
